How it works:
Step 1 – Book Your Call
Schedule a Google Meet call with Stephen through Calendly. Before we chat, you’ll complete a short consultation form so we can learn about your goals, current habits, and lifestyle.
Step 2 – Get Started with Coaching
If you like what you hear, you can join 1-on-1 online coaching with Stephen. Coaching requires a minimum 8-week commitment — enough time to start building real momentum.
Step 3 – Your Personalized Program
Stephen will design your program inside TrueCoach, tailored to your goals, experience, and equipment. Have questions along the way? Reach out anytime — Stephen aims to reply quickly during working hours.
Step 4 – Ongoing Support
Stay accountable with weekly check-ins via email or WhatsApp, plus bi-weekly coaching calls to track progress and adjust your training, habits, and lifestyle strategies.
Step 5 – Transition with Confidence
If you decide 1-on-1 coaching isn’t for you anymore, you’ll get one month free access to The Collective Method so you can continue training and stay part of the TBS community.
