Why should I join The Collective Method?

The Collective Method is designed by Stephen, a coach with over 12 years of experience helping people build strength, fitness, and longevity. You’ll get expert programming, community motivation, and resources built to help you succeed for the long term — not just another quick fix.

How much does it cost?

Membership is just $49 + HST per month and includes a 7-day free trial. That gives you full access to the workouts, resources, and community with no pressure to continue if it’s not the right fit.

How does the program work?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive your program through FITR. You’ll train with 3 strength workouts and 1 endurance workout each week, all delivered in structured 4-week training blocks with built-in recovery.

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes — The Collective Method is a gym-based program. You’ll need access to standard equipment like dumbbells, barbells, cables, and cardio machines to follow the workouts properly.

Will I get ongoing support?

Absolutely. Each month, you’ll get fresh programming, community encouragement, and guidance from Stephen. If you stay consistent, you’ll always know exactly what to do — and you’ll never train alone.
